1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Siddharth Mishra, operating under Gigaflop Techlab and DiscoverWebTech (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information you provide when visiting mishrasiddharth.com (the “Site”).

We take privacy seriously. This site is a professional portfolio and consulting inquiry platform — we collect the minimum information necessary to respond to enquiries and operate the Site effectively. We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Enquiry and contact data — When you email us at hello@mishrasiddharth.com, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

These collect standard web metrics: pages visited, time on site, approximate geographic location (country/city level), browser type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.

Technical data — Standard server and browser data including IP address, browser version, and access timestamps, collected automatically by hosting infrastructure.

We do not collect payment information directly. Billing for engagements is handled through separate invoicing systems outside this Site.
